Hi Lori,I am sorry you weren't happy of your stay. I will speak to maintenance to sort the issues in the room. Refund policy depends on the rate chosen by the guest when booked. We can't offer refunds for prepaid rates, it is explained in T&C when booking is made.You booked through Expedia and the website explains about parking :" - 24-hour offsite parking within 0.4 miles (GBP 8 per day); discounts available- Street parking available".I hope you will give us a second chance :)
