「The house and property were extraordinary. Bird watching was a personal favourite on our group trip - the blue jays by the house were a joy to sit and watch. The property offers everything you could ask for and more. I spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen and loved the nooks that let us hold conversations with ease across rooms to stay involved with everyone.I highly, highly recommend staying here. Beautiful property, incredibly nice and helpful hosts, bird watching, and so much more!」

「Clean rooms, some loose construction materials and broken accessories ie the towel holder for the bathroom was broken and the bar and the hardware was on the window sill in the leaving room. Loose screws ontop of the fridge. And more construction materials in the cabinets

「C'est un endroit vraiment en ligne droite sur la plage, vous avez à votre disposition barbecue, ustensiles, chaudrons et assiettes. Il vous faut juste apporter votre literie complète, serviettes pour votre douche, savon, shampoing. Vous devez rester l'endroit propre et sortir vos déchets et les déposer dans les poubelles après votre séjour.
Un bel endroit, une belle plage sur la baie Georgienne.」

「Communication with Mila was quick and responsive. She addressed all of our concerns. The house was very clean and in very good condition as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area.」
