“What a wonderful stay. I cant say enoigh about Heather and her top notch customer service for making our stay so pleasant and welcoming. The grounds and courtyard were beautiful and elegant. Once upon a time this mustve been such a high scale place to stay, and i hate to say anything negative but there is room for some well needed updatng and refreshing. I would absolutely still recommend a stay here.”

“No elevator!! Put us on 2nd floor. Both of us with disabilities. Hotels.com property details said it has elevator. I notified front desk and told them to have hotels.com correct their info. Also, no ramp to sidewalk at side door. Bumble bees swarming front entrance and sidewalk area around edge of roof. Told front desk. Room was a bit musty. Several window screens falling out on the building. Shower curtain rod in our room was loose, tips down so curtain wouldn't stay pulled across. Dirty……

“This was a wonderful get away for our busy family, kids & grandkids. The pool was nice , the area was quiet. A couple things I would improve. Shower mats or grippers on the shower floors, they were very slippery, and hand rail in showers would be handy.”

“Attended an athletic event with another mom and it worked out well. We ate most meals at home. The only thing that would have improved my experience would have been having 2 bathrooms upstairs. There was a full bath downstairs but it was inconvenient to deal at night since the one bathroom upstairs was inside the master bedroom. Host was great and we very much enjoyed our stay.”

“The Loft is an amazing place to stay while in Granville, OH. Conveniently located in the center of town putting you within walking distance of where you want to go. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for all the comforts of home when traveling. ”
