「Nice village hotel and our check in and room were good on the face of it. Other than the guy who checked us in, staff was generally rude. We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. 「This pub is nothing like the photos online! Looks rundown & in bad shape. Inside not much better, dated and old looking but not in a good sense. Room was basic but did the job for one night. Cheaper than other accommodation in the centre of Cheltenham but for a reason! Breakfast included but left half of the cooked breakfast as felt sick. Wouldn't stay again nor recommend to fellow travellers looking to book ❌️」
