“Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative. The suite was the Milano, it was spacious and clean but the only complaint was it could do with a little maintenance. Handles missing off the drawers in the bedroom, towel pegs hanging out of the doors, no remote for the TV in the bedroom, main TV……

“Check-in was early, which I appreciated. However, the room fell well below expectations: it had no window, a damp smell, no hot water, and felt very run-down. It also didn’t feel clean, and there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels. Overall, I would not recommend the Stables.”

“This was a very reasonably priced property booked at the last minute. It's an old building with the flat being on the second floor (four flights of stairs). The entrance to the building is up a very steep flight of steps with the depth of the first step being very high and not suitable for people with mobility issues. Although advertised with parking, it should be noted that this is not guaranteed. If one of the three spaces in front of the building is available, you can use it freely. If……
