「Communication was good and all check in and out details easy. The property was very clean, and lovely decor. It had all the amenities we needed, with tea, coffee and sachet milk left as well. The balcony is a bonus. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, and access in and out of Cheltenham by car. Great to have the parking space in such a central location. Only downside is the noise from the road early in the morning with delivery lorries. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would stay again.」

「I was kept away by noisy guest in the hall until 1 am. My door (room 138) showed signs of having recently been kicked, the fan was covered in dust, the bed (two single beds jammed together was uncomfortable and there were holes in the wall, very different in appearance to that shown in the photos. The guy at reception was fine, when he was there. Cheap but not that cheap enough at EUR 69.34 for the night. I regret booking this hotel aed but you may have a better experience if you are late...

「Beautifully presented property, perfect for our stay with our son for his graduation. Short walk to the high street and short drive to the racecourse. As stated in another review, a bit more soundproofing would be beneficial as the people above had a baby/toddler, but it didn’t spoil our stay.」

「This was an excellent choice and it was much better than I expected from the website photographs. The flat is large with lovely light coming into the lounge. Beds were on the firm side, but OK for us. The location is perfect - very close to town, but with a lovely green space in front. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional - good shower over the bath. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Cheltenham in an attractive area.」
