So thank you and definitely see us again next year. Adam and...

「I really cannot comment on the amenities as we didn’t use any due to being out all day touring. Location was great and rooms were nice and clean. A nice stay indeed!」

「It was great. Wonderful view with a terrific restaurant!!」

「Stay AWAY! This pub/inn is not fit for purpose and the manager will lie for his own gain bar staff very politely but some of the clientele (undesirable). Kitchen was closed chief had walked out. We walked in and never stayed in our room as it was clear it was not clean we complained asked for manager he never came we left he lied about us not a place I will ever visit again Expedia got in contact with him he lied again so he was paid we are out of pocket but at least we never had to spend more...

「Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

「Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is very dated, desperate need of a revamp. Breakfast was good.」

「Property excellent and as described」

「Was little disappointed about shower water keep coming outside underneath glass, it would be ideal if you keep the sofa a little bit clean, there was only 1 toilet roll also cloth airer was hidden underneath bed we noticed that day we are leaving the property.」

「Great place and as advertised with high end fixtures and fittings. Train really easy to St Ives. All parking tight in the area. Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend 」

「Amazing location, spotlessly clean ,brilliant facilities and views, would definitely stay again beautiful apartment」

「Well presented, clean and spacious. Great location for us, just close enough but far away enough to be able to avoid the town traffic when driving to and from the location. Off street parking is a major bonus as well. Would use again in the future.」

「Very clean and really comfy beds, was absolutely ideal for my elderly auntie with it being all on one level. The restaurant on the beach is a must . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay」

「Extremely well appointed property. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Handily placed with loads of parking. Would strongly recommend.」

「Stunning house in the most perfect location !! Close by to everything, couldn’t fault a thing we had everything we needed and house was beautiful 😍」
