“Loved having the private balcony, beds were comfy. However, being an India run lodge, the room smelled of the Indian restaurant next door. Even with the window open, could not get the smell out. The in the wall a/c was LOUD. Would not stay here again. Check in/check out was easy. Limited parking.”

“Nothing stood out as an excellent holiday spot. Absolutely no customer service. Wi-Fi is spotty at best. Amenities are slim to none. The room had dust all over, had to buy wipes and clean the table as they were sticky. The dryer was so full of lint that it was even jammed in the door, which is a fire hazard. Sheets didn’t fit so that we could have clean bedding. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the site to anyone.”

“The hotel room is large and clean, with a microwave and small pantry and cutlery. However the bathtub is a bit small comparatively. The hair dryer needs to be requested from the office but the opening hour is until 10pm so it will be a bit troublesome if you arrive later than that. Also you may be hearing noises from nearby rooms so consider if you are sensitive to noises during your sleep.”

“Great cozy lodge! The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was provided. The entire felt historic, rooms were cozy, and the views you get from the rooms and the breakfast dining room was amazing. Parking was slightly uneasy as there wasn’t markings outside of the lodge, during peak or busy summer times, if all the rooms are occupied, be prepared that the parking space outside he property will all be occupied too. Driving into the lodge was a long 80km/h road……
