「The place was tastefully decorated with the little patio that we enjoyed wine and snacks in the evening. Very quiet area but minutes away from Monticeto in Summerland. Just off the cruise is easy access to get anywhere you want to go. My dog Charlie especially enjoyed the patio as there was a great area for him to enjoy the sun!」

「Really enjoyed our stay in Montecito. Ivan was a really great host and very communicative. The house was perfect for us and we loved everything about our stay.」

「Had a wonderful time here at Poppy’s cottage. The view overlooking the beach was amazing! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The host was very available and answered all my questions super fast. I lost my pandora bracelet and they found it and shipped it to me which was super nice. Thanks for a great Fourth of July weekend:)」

「The property was clean, easy access to freeway. The host was easy to commute with. We would definitely stay here again.」

「I thought the location was wonderful, beautiful view and close enough to Solvang. If you plan on using the futon as an additional sleeper area I would only recommend this for a teenager or a child, not an adult because it wasn’t comfortable. If you brought a pad then it would be fine.」

「We had a great stay! The property was as described and it was perfect for our quick visit.」

「A beautiful cozy little piece of heaven. Getting to wake up to the birds singing, water bouncing into the pond, while being surrounded by a garden of green damn near out of a movie . Check in was extremely quick and easy. Thank you for having us and definitely recommend to anyone tryin to get away and rejuvenate the mind !」
