"The room was a bit small but they really planned it out so it was well organized. Everything was very clean as well. Very glad we stayed there."

"I checked in on Saturday May 2nd for 2 nights. It was for 2 guest. Sunday we were left early and returned late ( about 8pm) . I had no clean wash cloths, I went to the office to get 2 more, but they were closed. I called the front desk/ guest services and was told they were closed and that I could get more the next morning after 7am. We had been at the race track and wanted a bath, so I had to go find a store open and buy wash cloths. Also there is no dish towels or soap in the kitchen. I will NEVER stay here again."

"It was all pretty good except that we booked there with the idea that there was a pool since it said there was and showed pictures. When we got there we found out that the pool is now filled in with dirt. Definitely would’ve picked a different hotel if we had known that"

"I don’t know any other thst when I booked my room it was booked as a handicap accessible room with and handicap restroom and everything. When I get there I fill in to check in the first thing they are very rude with their attitudes and then they start looking up my reservation and they realize that my room is no longer available but I could pay more for a suite or have a single bed room mind you I am travelling with my 16 year old son who already has to help me enough since my car accident he shouldn’t have to sleep with me as well because the hotel I booked messed up… I politely said no thank you.. and I had screenshoted my reservation and showed it to her and it clearly stated 2 queen beds in a wheel accessible room and asked if there was any way they could accommodate me on this without costing me more money and if not I would just like to cancel my reservation . She got extremely rude after that stating that the room I reserved was hearing accessible and I said ok then why does it say wheelchair accessible right there and showed her again and then she insisted it was going to be more money because the king one was now home it had been booked and I said no thank you I will just be canceling my reservation and she very rudely said well you can’t do that it’s past the cancellation time … and I said watch me a rolled out if it hadn’t been for her arrogance and rudeness the situation would have been a lot better! Compassion and understanding and kindness go a long way."
