From the location to check in to our room and hotel cleanliness, the fabulous breakfast, the Swiss hospitality, all helped us have a flawless ski vacation in Zermatt. I have no doubt I would stay there again. Thank you to the staff especially Dennis and Lawrence. Everyday they were available to answer our questions and guide through our daily needs. "
