"This property is aesthetically beautiful in a lush area with a fantastic pool for relaxing in. Otherwise the process of communication before and during the stay was difficult. Jenny was slow to respond and the amenities were not as stated. NO hot water!!!! Washer and dryer not working, refrigerator never cooled and we lost food we brought as a result!
