Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus mit Garten gebucht, erhalten haben wir eine Ferienwohnung im zweiten Stock (44 Stufen nach oben) die Ausstattung war unterirdisch bzw. mangelhaft. Ein Gasherd ohne Gas, eine defekte Klimaanlage sowie ein Fernseher der auch vom Verwalter nicht in Betrieb genommen werden konnte und so weiter. Ihren Service hatten wir nach mehreren Versuchen erreicht mit der Zusage einer Rückantwort via E-Mail um Bilder zur Dokumentation der Umstände zu senden, diese Mail ist bis heute nicht eingetroffen. Ich denke, sie sollten es vermeiden mich nochmals zu einer Bewertung aufzufordern.
