「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Positive: New decoration, very new and clean. Location is great, can reach most attractions on foot. Free parking in the facility is secure and wonderful. Negative: We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. 「位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。」

「位置非常好 剛好再大景點中心點 另外也算鄰近地鐵站 非常方便 只是官網並沒有寫得很清楚 抵達後先按門鈴 不要打電話 服務人員就會遠端跟您聯繫幫您開們 然後上樓梯到一樓電梯門口 會有個電話 飯店就會打那隻電話過來 接起來飯店就會跟你說你的門卡在哪個密碼櫃(也在電話旁) 按下密碼就可以取得 關於城市稅 你可以進房後稍待一下 住宿人員大概20分鐘後會過來跟您收以及填寫基本資料 如果你馬上就要出門 可以跟飯店說 飯店人員會留下資料與紙條 你回來再填寫並且留下城市稅即可 隔天清潔人員會收(但是有時候會忘記) 原則上很推薦來波多入住 雖然過程有點麻煩但是公寓甚麼都有 要下廚也很方便」
