“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. “Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel……

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
