「I was told by an Expedia representative that this hotel served a full breakfast. It was not a full breakfast, it was a bit limited continental breakfast, but still good. I would’ve preferred a full breakfast for my grandkids. The staff and room was great.」

「The beds were hard and the elevator is out of service. I understand it’s behind their control however I was not notified what room my room would be on and I was stay with my elderly father. The concierge simply gave me the room keys. I noticed it was on the third floor and told her I needed something lower to which she responded kindly I will say “I don’t have anything lower”. My father was okay with the high floor. We were also not notified of checkout times nor that breakfast was available.」

「Room was cool and clean but the halls were heavily perfumed, seemingly covering up some mold smell. Noticed that moldy smell just inside our doorway the second morning, right before checking out. Breakfast staff on Sunday morning was phenomenal, as always! Real food options are great, not just carbs.」
