「I was in town for a short hiking trip. The listing accurately represented the residence and is central to everything that you need in Lincoln. Perfect condo for 1-2 people! 」

「Property was a great little studio in a very nice setting overlooking the slopes and beautiful trees. You cannot see the nearby river (maybe because trees were still full of leaves) but you can hear it, very pleasant. The complex is large and has lots of nice amenities including a pool, sauna and hot tub that were not very busy. Great place for leaf-peeping and seeing the local sites. Would definitely stay again.」

「We had a great stay! Matt has the house well equipped and was a great host, offering suggestions for the area and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect location for our hiking and exploration of the White Mountains. Fall was showing off and we couldn’t have been more happy! 」

「I just wrapped up a weekend trip to Waterville do an 8 year old hockey tournament. We opted for the condo as opposed to staying at a hotel. It was the best decision I could have made. I had my family of 4, plus another Dad with his son with us. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place had the perfect amount of space and amenities for us all. It was spotless when we anrrived. Each family had their own full bath, plus an extra full bath for the 2 boys staying in the bunkbed...

「This was a great property in an amazing location! PLENTY of space for a group. Lots of beds and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. You can walk right into town, and it’s just a short drive to all of the main Franconia attractions—truly excellent.My only feedback is that the title is a little misleading. I didn’t realize until after booking that the pool, hot tub, etc. are located off-site and require a drive rather than being right on the property.That said, we honestly didn’t have much time...
