"Everything was crooked and the whole property smelled horrible. The lamp was broken, the toilet paper was even crooked. The room smelled ok, the jacuzzi tub was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very cold even having the heat on. "

"The rooms were fairly clean, they could use attention to detail as there were areas that could have been better. The halls smelt bad like moldy cheese and at times weed. Staff the lady that checked us in was nice but we did have some rude staff members at least would assume they were staff as no one had a uniform. Pool was nice. It was very loud at times as the rooms are not well insulated. "

"I checked into my room, noticed immediately that the covers were dirty had stains on them. The curtains to the room were broken half down stains on them. The bathroom was very filthy. Had to go in wipe down the toilet and the sink stains all over the sitting area chairs, and I also took pictures. It was a very unpleasant day was very unsatisfied, and the staff was not accommodating to the situation."

"This hotel is close to family. The rooms are very spacious. We love popping over to Horrocks which is within walking distance. "

"The hotel room was clean, but lacking usb outlets, so bring your jack for a regular wall outlet. Also the continental breakfast was low on some food when we arrived right before 9 am. They had run out of eggs and we were told it would be 30 minutes before the next batch would be ready. It was a busy weekend as there was a festival nearby. Amounts and time management with food may need to be adjusted when the hotel is busy. "

"Scent of marijuana in hallways. People were loud in the hallways. Breakfast was minimal and poor quality. No health code enforcement in breakfast area. People were barefoot and setting blankets and stuffed animals on counters by food. "

"This is a very clean Hotel. The staff is very helpful. The Breakfast that was hot daily consisted of sausage and eggs every day. The cook refilling the food seemed to only put a minimal amount out at a time making long waits. The cook was kind but I believe was not allowed to keep the food warmers full consistently. Pool was pretty busy, which also made it oily. It is a very small pool. The hot tub was open and hot but the jets were not working. Overall a nice hotel. It is our 3rd time staying here. We will return again. It is in a nice location near alot of shopping and businesses."
