「Terrible experience! Long line at checkin first with cars, then at counter. Partial ocean view was provided for full ocean front reservation and no access to patio because door was broke. Water pressure was 1 out of 10 at 5:30 am, during non heavy time. Appearance was more of an office feel than a lounge vibe. It was a mad house on a Sunday check-in ! Staff was unpleasant, rude and had no authority.」
