“Lots of pools and hot tubs-perfect for families. Pools stay open late until 11. ThEY WILL CLOSE IF STORMS ARRIVE!!”

“The property is ok! The pool outside was over crowded . The front desk never answers the phone so you have to come out the building to go to another building to get your towels etc or question answered. No room service ! I stood there for 42 min to ck in and the phone was ringing off the hook.. def need some changes as far as ck in and calling for a staff at the front desk. Maybe once checked in.. a customer should be provided a one time use per stay phone. Number to get in touch w someone”

“Most of the front desk staff were very nice! Overall stay was great!! A lot to do on site”

“The hotel was under construction. I was also told that they had a bar which the bar was completely closed and under construction. My hotel room was under construction. They were really old of an old furniture . The doors were very nasty. I had to clean my room myself I also had to continue going downstairs for an assistant for towels and wash rags.”

“Beach view is awesome. Clean rooms/ clean well groomed kitchen area and bathroom. The staff was great and very accommodating.”

“Checking in was horrible , I had to call a third party to get my room number and my code to my room. The code worked for a day , and then I had to recall them to get a different code. Had to call for extra towels, you have to reuse towels for however long you stay. Doesn't replenish toilet paper! The balcony was nice with the beach view that you have.”
