"The Breakfast was not free for me but it was good.. also the once they game me my what wa ssuppose to be a city viw room, it was mostly front courtyard and not city, however, upon calling the front desk they immediately changed it without any hasstle, Marisa Maurice met with us at the elevators of the floor where the new room was assigned to personally brings us the new keys, which was amazing.. and a shout out to Francis at the Valet service, as well as Kalil & Leo at the front desks and most definetly a great service by Jean-Simon Plamodon for brining our suite cases and then wait pataintly with us to change the room and take accompany us to the new room.. All and all was a great and a wonderful stay and the staff were just exceptional "
