“I reserved at 5 pm for that night, and it was not clear that if I arrived after 8 pm (I arrived very late around 11 pm), I would need to let them know "48Hours ahead of time", which was obviously impossible. There is NO reception desk, I never got any kind of code to access the building, and spent 30 minutes trying to find an email or message with the information and trying to find SOMEONE to call for help. Thank goodness, another guest let me in and helped me call someone. Eventually a key was……

“Room was great. Not having someone on site and having to use codes to get in is a little annoying. Parking nearby was fine. Restaurant was amazing and staff lovely.”

Je recommande de prendre le stationnement à payer proposé, c'est moins évident de trouver un stationnement autour mais avec le sous terrain tout est facile d'accès !”

“Excellent location. Walkable to Plains of Abraham, and a nice neighborhood with groceries and restaurants as well. Although it is on a busy street it was not noisy. SUPERB to have private parking behind the building. Very good communication with the host. Also walkable to nightlife heading towards old Quebec. We Ubered to old Quebec itself. Pool table was a big hit with the teens”
