Supposedly, property emailed me with door code but I didn't receive it. Good thing someone outside the premises told me to get it from cafe below. Set up was okay but management could have exerted a little welcoming effort. Lighting inside wasn't bright enough. Floor lamp has no working switch, safe deposit has no key (but eventually replaced). Common area has small fridge with bottled water, also microwave. Would have been nice to have mugs to microwave in, as the water dispenser with hot option wasn't working. Hallway alarm kept on beeping (thankfully falsely so no CO or fires) but Frederick did come to disconnect it altogether. The mini cake of soap had a strong detergent smell to it. The bed frame creaked everytime i sat on it. Hotel was full and i did hear other guests come and go, hut everyone was quiet during sleeping time so I was able to sleep just fine. So ok accommodations but could be improved.
