“Overall is fine, just the toilet smell is bad”

“Excellent service to the FO lady during check in! She is friendly and helpful!”

“Room is large and clean.”

I recently stayed at Silka Far East Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked politeness, making it difficult to resolve any issues. The room had a musty smell, when I turn on the aircon the smells become even worst. The fridge was dirty with hair……

“An excellent hotel at a super convenience location just builiding on top of the very nice shopping mall and train station at the central location.”

“THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.”

“Was upgraded to spa suite which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is well provided.”

“Interior decoration and lighting was very pleasant”
