"Good location, right on the beach, easy access from the state highway and to downtown. Easy check-in. Main reasons this is an 8 and not a 10: 1) the breakfasts are meh at best; boxed meals, ok but not hot; 2) on the beach, there are about 8 umbrellas for probably 60 chairs. 3) no beach towels on the beach (so most people get them from the pool), 4) rooms could use a refresh (seems every hotel in Michigan uses the same box air conditioner, so you're freezing if you are next to the window)."

"We had a wonderful stay!! Alex was amazing with our check in. The beach is beautiful and so convenient with plenty of chairs and loungers. The pool was warm and clean. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delivered to the room every morning and was absolutely perfect. Kids loved the arcade in the evenings. Awesome location with putt putt right across the road and a short drive to downtown. We are already planning our next stay. Highly recommend!"

"After check in we didn’t see a staff member at all, including housekeeping during our two day stay. There are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options for guests and the rooms are upscale and well appointed. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful view. Very comfortable and nicely laid out."
