Farmstay in Michigan

"This was the perfect home for a weekend getaway for my family and me. We are from Illinois and drove up to watch my son's Spring football game at NMU. It was 12 minutes from the Dome and 10 minutes away from all restaurants and stores. The kids loved that they each had their own rooms. At night we enjoyed smores by the bonfire and relaxed our muscles in the hot tub. In the morning, we sat on the front porch and watched the deer in the yard. Any questions we had were answered immediately....

"I stayed with 4 of my friends from HS .. all of us 66 years old. The kitchen area is awesome and dining area nice and open with a large table. Living room was nice too. when renting, keep in mind that this is an old house that has been updated. The steps going upstairs were a challenge, very steep incline but we made it. Sheets were old (time for new ones) and maybe provide more towels but all in all it was a nice place to stay. Best part .. the host did not ask us to clean up much .. just put...

"We enjoyed and appreciated our stay at the renovated farm house. The house is welcoming and has a charming character. Everything was clean and neat, and we had all that we needed.We had a little trouble getting in to the house initially, and our host was quick to respond, and we soon got in. The surrounding area is quiet and the field and trees in the backyard is lovely."

"We were a group of 7 adults and had a nice weekend stay. The house was clean and well furnished and the outdoor area is great. When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which...

"We stayed in early April with our dog and loved the property. The house is so cozy and our dog loved exploring the walking paths around the property! The living room window looking out to a huge tree was everyone’s favorite sitting spot. "
