“Be aware: The front desk has limited hours. They close at midnight. We needed a late check-in due to our travel. I am glad we called ahead to notify them or else we would have lost our room. The front desk closes at midnight - we were arriving around 12:20. I called ahead and the gentleman was accommodating and waited for us, for which we were VERY thankful. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfy. Shower drained a little slow, but that is my only negative. Fantastic customer……

Strong smell of mildew in the room. Damp and loud air conditioner and we were wondering if the mold smell may have been coming from the unit. Breakfast seating is at counter height with limited processed food choices. They did have bottled water but no place to fill up your own water bottles, they sent……

“The main problem I had was with the hotel room bathroom. Room 107 has mold growing in the bathroom in multiple places. They moved my family and I to room 207, which the bathroom was better, but needs work. Hopefully this winter they do some maintenance.”

“Stayed at the Baymont Wyndam Hotel in Traverse City, MI on 09/6/2026 Sunday before Labor day. The address was wrong on the there website. The address showed that the hotel was near the water. I had to drive around and call and ask where the hotel was located. Got to the hotel and the 2nd floor hallway smelled like mildew and our toilet did not flush due to the handle being broken. Went to the front desk to request maintenance and there was no maintenance staff available. The front desk clerk……

“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Delamar Resort in Traverse City! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the views were truly incredible. Waking up to such a gorgeous view made our stay even more special. The location is perfect — it’s an easy walk to downtown, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Delamar offers shuttles also to downtown. We loved being able to enjoy everything Traverse City has to offer without……
