“I liked it was a lot to do in the hotel and you are not far from Traverse city downtown.”

“This Hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. They even had breakfast with our stay including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, pancakes and waffle maker, plus more. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. “It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.”

“Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot……

“The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.”

“Had a great weekend! Nice quiet and well located condo. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing that we would have liked better would have been warmer water. The shower temperature never raised above luke warm and on a cold weekend a hotter shower would have been nice.”

“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in……

“Hotel was very clean, ac worked well. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Breakfast was ok with, muffins, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, juice & coffee. ”

“Property overall was good...great bay views, decent breakfast...nice pool/hot tub area...close to everything from shopping to dining...only miss was the bed/bedding. It's time for an upgrade on that ... pillows were awful bes was extra form and bedding was in need of a refresh ”
