“Room was nice beds were pretty comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot so that wasn’t great but could also see golf course a bit too. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick. Overall good service. The hot tub wasn’t working properly though and wasn’t very clean, pool was ok. For the price we expected a bit better honestly. Would stay here again but at that price we have stayed at other hotels in the area that we would likely pick over this one and closer to Traverse city downtown.”

“The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. ”

“The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.”

“Seemed kind of run down but we had no other options. Spend the extra $ and at least go to Hampton inn, if beach is t that important. Very hard beds, no extra pillows for the hard bed”

“Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price!”

“Everything was excellent starting from check in to checkout. Breakfast was amazing especially coffee!!! Staffs were very helpful and supportive during the stay!”

“The location of the lodge was great. they were doing a lot of construction on the one wing. several of the outdoor amenities were not available to use.”

“Parking good! Close to the door! Used the furnace, not Air conditioning! Heat worked good! Floor was very dirty! Staff was friendly and helpful! Bed was very comfortable! ”

“Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room……

“Great place especially if you have kids! Breakfast could have a bit more variation for those staying longer but it was good nonetheless. Staff were super friendly and attentive.”

“This is a great place to stay, however, if you’re in the adjoining rooms and you have noisy neighbors ….it echoes back into the other room if you’re not in a hallway room. The management was excellent on having a loud child next-door quiet down , even though it was due to the combined entry point. Loved the beds and the view was excellent. Rooftop bar was really nice and pleasant. They had cookies in the evening, which were really good and they always had to grab breakfast of croissant or stone……
