“This property is in a great location right on the bay. We stayed for four days. You can hear other guests talking in the room next door and the hallways so not great sound insulation. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast food was average. The lady working in the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful. We had terrible wifi in our room. There were one or two spots in the room where it worked well. The balcony had no connectivity. This was a pain more than anything, but if……

“There were passive aggressive p-touch label notes EVERYWHERE on the property! We get it, you've had terrible guests in the past, but oh my god? Get a grip? The carpet in our family suite unit was so filthy that we had to wear our socks or sandals indoors at all times. The loveseat also had a FOUL odor upon arrival, but it was 4th of July weekend and everywhere else in Traverse City was going to be sold out so there was no sense in complaining, because where the heck else are we going to go? Just to make sure this was actually true, I tried to contact the hotel to ask. Instead of getting the hotel I got a reservation line that I believe was over seas and, of course, couldn't answer this question. “The room was stinking, and even though this facility is listed as smoke free, whole room started stinking of cigarette smoke midnight. It was horrible. I was staying there with my infant. When we brought it to front desk attention they moved us to new room with jacuzzi saying it’s an upgrade but that whole room was wet. Overall horrible experience, we couldn’t wait to get out of there.”
