“Nice hotel in a beautiful location. My only issue is with the execution of a pre arranged need that was supposed to be done but never was. My wife and I had 2 early morning excursions on 2 seperate days and we asked prior through email, if it would be possible to get anything to eat before we left for our excursion at 6 and 7am those days. We received a response email from Pierre that it would not be a problem and that they would give us a cold breakfast the evening before each day for us to……

“Had a great stay at Sedona Real! Love this place and the renovated suite. Amazing staffs that are super helpful and friendly as well.”

“I was a bit disappointed that in a 3 star resort, in a deluxe cabin, there were no bedside lamps, only very dim ceiling lights. I called reception to ask for a lamp, they said they were going to see what they could do and never called me back. It costs $6 to do laundry (every other place I visoted it was either freeor a couple of dollars) And the staff was not very friendly, except for the lady who checked me in. Management should train their staff in basic social skills such as greeting……

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Nice location towards the end of the strip everything was clean only thing it was too close to the road so her a lot of car traffic breakfast was good and the staff was fantastic”

“Great place to stay in Sedona. It's not a 4-star hotel but it's more than adequate. The room was large, spotless and had a nice balcony overlooking the main drag. It's also in a central location. Thank you for the nice getaway.”

“This is a wonderful place. So Serene, beautiful location along the river Unexpected find in Sedona. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The breakfasts were truly a culinary feast. Everyday we had something different and delightful. I rated staff a 3 only because I didn't interact with staff at all during our stay. There was no need to.”
