“Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!”

“Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat. We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed. Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.”

“This Is an older property has been updated a little but can use some more updating. Bed was very hard & you can hear the springs every time you move. Need new bed mattresses & need new bed comforters, they look like they are from fingerhut from the 1980’s. Was clean, safe, & ok for a nights stay, but will spend a little more money for a more modern hotel next time. They actually still use keys not the modern key card like most properties now days, (goes to show how old or out dated it is).”

“This place needs an overhaul in every way imho. Avoid cabin 14, shared entryway with another unit. Only 'sink' is in the bathroom, and it needs an update. Odd layout, wi-fi is shaky. Every morning about 630 off to Dunkin' donuts half mile away after I Walk right by the main bar area with a big coffee maker sittin there not on yet. “I booked a superior 1bedroom patio ocean view room. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean! All dishes and cookware and appliances you need are included. The resort was great! We had a perfect view of the ocean! There are kayaks, canoes, volleyball and playgrounds for the kids and picnic tables and grills right outside your door. Hotel staff were wonderful!
