“Sheets had stains and holes on both beds. Room smelled bad. Fridge wasn't working. I got moved to a different room... all the same issues previously listed.”

“This hotel has seen better days. Ongoing renovations appear to be done by someone off craigslist. The room was clean, its in a so-so quiet area ( the fire department next door tested their truck sirens at 8 am on a Sunday) but it is convenient to I 26”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never……

“Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.”

“The bad: My bed frame sounded like I stepped on a cat anytime I moved. Refrigerator was louder than the TV. I did not get a good night sleep here. The good: clean, very clean. Close to the VA Hospital.”

“It was our first time here. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The music is great. Dining at Council Oaks steak and seafood was a great experience. Will definitely be back for that. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Bartenders and servers will go out of their way to make you feel on vacation. Rooms are pricey - nothing too showy- but they do the job. We don’t gamble and still had a great time.”

“It was a good value, its an older hotel that has some updates. The room was clean, but there are lingering smells of an old hotel. No bugs, quiet, and clean sheets/towels - that's a win in my book! This was a 1 night stay on a weekend.”
