"We checked in and out in a total of 15 minutes because online photos are completely inaccurate. My husband and I have a 7 year old son whom is autistic and we had just arrived from driving from our home subdivision here in Pendergrass GA which is a 5 hour drive. My husband called to the facility several times to check in regards to the amenities that are advertised as available and was told that the hot tub was available of which it was not. The light in the room was blinking on and off as soon as we went in not to mention it was not a hotel suite that we explained over the phone that we needed a master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate door to separate the living room with a kitchen and the room was literally a standard room with a pull out sofa. The room smelled stale the bathroom light did not work. The clean level was a negative from the entry of the hotel as well as the room itself we did not remove anything from the roller cart we politely rolled it back out of the room and back down the hall to the lobby. This is a pet friendly hotel and it smells and shows it is filthy. There was another family who was checking out and had just checked in due to bedbugs. No matter how much money you want to save it is not worth it.The young lady that was on staff that night was so sweet and felt so bad for us from doing a 5 in a half hour drive and have such a bad experience. The pet floor is the 2nd floor but people walk them all over the hotel and its very nasty."
