“Paradise. Such a beautiful, private location. You open the curtains electronically in the morning to the most amazing view as cruise ships head into Philipsburg, followed later by sailboats and yachts. We loved having a private patio deck with hammock and a pool that we usually had to ourselves. It is very modern with see through windows that are tinted on the other side to protect your privacy. It's a funky place, you will never forget and we can't wait to go back. There is only one restaurant……

“Check in was a nightmare! After a full day of traveling, the room wasn't ready, even though it was 6 pm. Then we had to wait for a bellman for about 30 minutes to take us to the room, even though we wanted to just walk ourselves. Once we said were not going to attend the DIVI VACATIONS meeting, which was only available at noon on one of our days, the attitude changed! It was difficult to find chairs together at the pool, the pool was not in great condition either, there were lots of missing……

“Cleanliness and staff”

“Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.”

“This hotel is terrible. The staff is rude and don't communicate with each other at all. One person says one thing and the other says another. My checkout was 11:00 and as I was sitting down waiting on my taxi they were banging on my door at 10:30 asking when I was leaving. I would not stay here again! Try the hotel next door I believe it's called "Holland" hotel? Do not book here! ”

“What a charming property in Simpson Bay. My wife and I stayed for three nights and our room was immaculately cleaned by Christena and fresh towels were offered whenever asked for. Close to restaurants, beaches and the marina you couldn’t ask for a better location. Our terrace room overlooked the town and the ocean and the breezes were beautiful. We had a great lunch on our terrace one sunny day with a bottle of wine and some local food from the market conveniently located nearby. Great island……

“The slowest WiFi I have ever experienced ”

“主人熱情好客，可以提供各種旅遊景點、餐廳、停車場等訊息。飯店本身就臨近 Simpson Bay 海灘，如果不想跑遠的話，飯店有提供免費的沙灘椅 & 陽傘。在聖馬丁島最重要的就是沙灘行程，飯店基本上隨時準備 4 條以上的乾淨沙灘巾在房內，隨時出去玩回來都可以換用，非常貼心。”

“I really don’t have complains. Anything needed was attended by the staff immediately. Staff check up on us frequently We had an ocean / beach view unit that was perfectly located. Unit was very clean when we checked in. Each one of the staff was completely outstanding and the best I’ve encountered. The restaurant was outdoor. We only had 2 dinners - hamburger was good, fish burger was on the dry side. It’s not a gourmet restaurant, ok by me. Plenty nearby restaurants walking distance.……
