“这里靠近公路，比较容易找，位置在开发区内，晚上安静。因为是品牌酒店，所以提供基本的服务。很多英国小酒店是家庭式的，楼梯狭窄，没有电梯。相比较，还是这种品牌酒店更方便，尤其是你带着很重的行李时，有电梯简直是天大的好处。当然酒店房间千篇一律，不如老式楼房有情调。看你的需要。”

“The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.”

“One night stay at the property. It was in a nice area and grounds. The room was adequate, bed was comfortable. Wardrobe doors were broken. Shower wasn’t the best at all. Facilities were good, Enjoyed the gym and sauna / ice room (no ice in there tho, just a cold shower) Breakfast was good. Upon check out I asked the lady on reception about the £50 fee they took from me as a holding fee, she said that she was processing them that day, so I expected it to be returned within a couple of days.……

“The stay was good. Easy to check in. Convenient location. Clean and good quality for the price paid. However i have stayed in the same room before and the hot tap in the basin worked. Not on this stay at all. There was hot water from the shower, but if you wanted a wet shave, bad luck! ”

“Only booked Wednesday to stay Thursday night and got an exceptional deal breakfasts brilliant. Very grand and leisure centre very good pool warm and gym good . could definitely recommend We were upgraded and had large bedroom with 4 poster bed. Very good to do the Royal Airforce Museum at Shifnal that also was excellent. The day after we went to National Memorial Arboretum at Staffordshire well worth and visit and these two places were ffree of charge. ”

“Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced.”

“Love the ease of parking especially for disabled patrons. Receptionist also offered assustance with luggage as lift was not working. Warm welcome as always and after a long drive a room upgrade with free minibar was very welcome. Dinner in hotel was winderful and gluten free options were delicious ”

“A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it……
