“Saltair Inn is fabulous. Our room was beautiful and had a very cozy feel, with a fantastic view. The hosts were great, and breakfast was terrific. It was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B and will not hesitate to stay there again.”

“This property is very accurate from the photos, had a very easy check in process, and was very warm (which is crucial for this last stretch of winter). The living room was a cozy spot to watch some of our favorite movies, as well as a nice kitchen to drink coffee in and talk about the day. As for the bedroom, the bed was comfy and the heater was our best friend, as it never failed to make us warm after we ventured out into the foggy Bar Harbor area. We strongly recommend the Blue Lawb to anyone……

“We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!”

“Peter's Acadia cottage is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. A short scenic drive to anywhere on the island. I would recommend staying here if you are looking into spending time at Acadia but want your own little oasis Peter is a great host and so accommodating! 10/10!!”

“Awesome place for our stay. House is nicely decorated, recently updated, and enjoyable. I love the overall theme! The third bedroom is enclosed on the second floor with a seating area in the loft. We had easy access to Acadia and Southwest Harbor for activities, hiking, and food. Dog friendly and quiet neighborhood. Thanks for offering your house for rental. ”

“Loved being within walking distance of everything in town! We used the car only to go up to Acadia and walked everywhere else. Showers were hot and bed was comfortable. I don’t know if it was the bed or the walking, but it was the best sleep I’ve had in quite awhile. Must be happiness!”
