“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “Clean room”

“The staff, especially Lordy, was very polite and helpful. The pool was beautifully situated by the pools with a view of the sunrise. The sunset was at the front of the hotel, but we were lucky to have a lovely cloud formation in the back of the hotel (see picture… praying for World Peace 🙏🙏🙏). The hotel is remote so we took taxi to restaurants and other places. Sometimes, Lordy drove us 💜. The room was spacey but needs some cleaning (dust on ceiling, fan, and furniture). The kitchen and……

“This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay.”
