But that was a small deficit compared to the beauty of the surroundings, the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage, and the kindness and hospitality of Cally and Matt, the owners and managers of the cottage. 」

「Our third visit to the cottage and as always it is a pleasant experience, neat, tidy, clean, and restful with every convenience available for an enjoyable stay. The cottage is close to the shops and the beach and we rarely used our car to move around the area. The beach is lovely and the village is well equipped to cater to our needs. The 3 cafes certainly help make the day more enjoyable!!! Another wonderful holiday!」

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
