“Nice room in an old hotel. Modern amenities. Need to get new towels. A little noisy due to street traffic. ”

“3 of us stayed here while on a biking trip through and around Blue Springs State Park. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles. The room was spacious. The included breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits & gravy. Pastries, cereal and……

“Very clean and comfortable. Very affordable and convenient. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. It lacks a few simple amenities like a hair dryer, and an iron, but it was a great stay for the price. Would definitely consider staying again and would surely recommend a stay there!”

“Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!”

“Check in and checkout was easy. The older white guy working at the desk during the day was very nice but the brown woman working overnight/early morning was not as pleasant. The room was clean and tidy but there was leftover food in the fridge that was not mine. The pool looked dirty and it had stuff on the bottom so I didn’t go in. Good location, as it’s next to a few restaurants ”

“This place is terrible. The room was not clean. I opened the refrigerator and it smelled like something died in there.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“No washcloth no hand towel and only two shower dingy looking towels. Mold in the shower!”
