「The best thing about this hotel is the view of Manhattan. That’s the best of it. The pictures online look sparkly and clean but the reality is tired and shabby. The restaurant was closed, my TV didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone onsite to assist. There was peeling paint in my room as well as stained carpet.
