“We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was perfect. The viwes are unbelievable. I Would highly recommend, we done the full journey by public transport ane it was so easy to get around without a car. We slept in and had to leave in a hurry at checkout and feel really bad about not having time to give the accommodation a proper clean before we left. ”

“This place was fantastic. Location was great to visit all the towns nearby. The house was nicely furnished with all the amenities. Lots of space to move around. The last evening was chilly so we had a fire and it really warmed the place up!”

“We had a wonderful time - Cottage is perfectly placed - 50 yds from a choice of wonderful walks left to the Harbour & on to St Abbs Head, or turn right to Coldingham and beyond. Very impressed with the accommodation - cosy and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the Tunnocks wafers were a very nice extra - thank you!”

“Stayed fir 3 nights. With 10 adults. Lovley big house. Plently of room Comfortable beds. Some paintwork a.bit.shabby which was a shame. Only down side was it stated a clockroom i thought that.meant a downstairs toilet but it was just a place eto hang coats. This was difficult as some of the party was eldery and found the stairs difficult to navigate, butmon the whole we had a great.time.”

“The location of the property is stunning - a minute's walk from a quiet bay and with details of coastal paths and other circular walks provided by the owner. 15 minutes walk to Coldingham itself where there's a Spar for basics, an excellent butchers, and a couple of pubs. The house has great views from the front down to the sea and plenty of room for eating and socialising in a back garden with facilities that would be perfect for the summer time. Indoors the property is well designed and……

“Had a wonderful time at the Meeting House. The apartment was very clean with a very well equipped kitchen. There were some lovely touches as well. A well stocked welcome pack including bread, milk and various preserves along with little vases of flowers. The flat was very comfy and would definitely stay there again.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Beds were excellent and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. Parking was easy. Liz was very responsive to any questions we had. And the lounge was a perfect place to relax after a day out. We were only 2 but 4 people would be very comfortable. Jean”

“We recently stayed at May Cottage and it was just what we needed. The cottage is lovely and much bigger than we anticipated, especially the bedrooms - they’re a really big! Kitchen has everything you need and even though we had taken hand wash and washing up liquid etc, it was all provided. Even dishwasher tablets! The views from the garden are exceptional and it was very quiet. We loved sitting watching the families of swallows flying in and out of their nests and listening their babies……

“The property is a lot bigger than the photos portray. Very spacious. There were also two single beds as well as a double in the area upstairs. Very tranquil surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“A beautiful property that was perfect for our needs. There were five adults and four children in our group and it catered, and was accessible, for all. Supermarkets are close, the views are fantastic, and the house itself was clean and tidy. We had to switch the timer off on the heating as it was very cold with it on but the house warmed up very quickly and it was really warm after a while. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone.”

“Reception was warm & friendly. Restaurant service and food was good. Bedroom was slightly cool in middle of the night but not enough to spoil my stay. I will stay there again.”

“Hotel is lovely although it looks a little shabby in places. Our room was excellent - lovely furnishings and very comfortable bed. Disappointed to find on arrival that the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, but a friendly local couple recommended the Waterside Bistro in Haddington which was fantastic. ”
