Had a great stay room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff were great apart from a couple at breakfast hardly spoke when I spoke to them and very miserable not one smile and I have an infectious smile.

Really friendly staff that can’t do enough to help you. Hotel was clean and tidy as was the room. We had a family room which was spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to freshen up the mattress on the sofa beds as it wasn’t the comfiest sofa bed I’ve ever slept on.

Gretna Hall hotel 👍

Food was a very good standard! Prawn cocktail and shin of beef were lovely. Good hot buffet in the morning also. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.. slept really well. If I am ever needing to stay in Gretna again, I would stay here.

The area was perfect for us. The service in the restaurant could have been better. The staff were extremely friendly but the service was slow and staff often did not know the answers to our questions. The shower was useless ~ no water pressure.
