This property was pretty much all that we needed for our stay. Everything about it was perfect for us. The room was exceptionally clean as were the public areas. From the moment of checking in until we left the whole visit was perfect. The person at reception informed us that they had to only recently taken over the property and it was obvious that they are doing some fantastic upgrading work to the rooms as well as the public areas. It is a lovely venue and I would highly recommend it.

The Gables has only been open 2 weeks. We were met with a warm welcome. Our room was comfortable and most importantly clean. We had a meal for dinner. Quite affordable and basic food. Think this area needs some tweaking. A most affordable stop over in Gretna.
