"The hotel room itself was lovely: spacious - we had a Superior King - and clean. The rest of the experience was mildly annoying. We changed our travel plans so I had called the hotel to let them know we’d be arriving a day later than our booked check-in date. When we arrived, there was no message on our file that I’d called so she couldn’t find our reservation at first. Out of the 3 elevators, one was out of order when we arrived and 2 were out of order on the Sunday so it made checking out/leaving with our gear much more annoying. The breakfast in the Garden Cafe was very ordinary with slow inattentive wait staff."

"The hotel is quiet and secure. The staff are excellent and helpful. Check in is always a breeze. We had two rooms and while one room was cleaned fantastic, the other was not quite as clean. It was fine for one night and we would stay again."

"The only complaint I have is the parking facilities and the breakfast in the morning by the time we got for breakfast there’s only a couple of muffins and orange and apple. I think there should be a little bit more fruit. A bigger selection would be nice other than that what a wonderful stay"
