“My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. “Check in process was a little unorthodox but fairly easy. It's just a little strange not to have an actual human on site. At one point my key code to my room was deactivated, so i had to go back downstairs to have the staff member on the monitor reactivate it. All in all it was a great location and a comfy stay. ”
