「Room was clean. Had a slow running sink but the property manager fixed it on a timely basis (easy to reach via Whatsapp). The roof-top mini-infinity pool was a nice touch. The property was on the hill side, so on the roof top while soaking in the pool, you get a great panoramic view of Sayulita. The property was away from the hustle-and-bustle of the main tourist center, yet several restaurants/taquerias/bars/grocery stores/pharmacies are within walking distance. 「Beautiful view of the beach from the infinity pool. You can watch the fisherman & surfers go about their day. We rented a golf cart from the hotel and the lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and recommended great spots to eat & explore. Very clean rooms, filtered water provided. I would go back in a heartbeat! 」

「Stayed in April 2026 with 2 girlfriends and absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The hotel was spotless and our room with 2 queens was plenty big for the 3 of us. Having coffee in the hallway on each floor was a nice touch. We spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool. Our only complaint, if anything, is that the beds and pillows were really firm. Would highly recommend Ximena and would definitely return!」
