There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response. The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). If you need an hour or two overtime they want to charge you almost the price of an entire day extra. We made sure to...

"This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. "Our stay with our pup was amazing! The rental is super clean for 2 people and a dog, and the backyard pool area included everything needed for some fun in the sun! Zero complaints on the spot... a short drive to downtown restaurants like Burning Barrel. Only possible issue you may deal with is a bit of a micro managing host who will spy cam you. Not an issue if you follow the rules, but just a word or warning to not try and throw a party with additional guests."
