「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「We loved the location adjacent to The British Museum, it was a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from all we wanted to see. The hotel and the room were impeccably decorated and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and appeared newly renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. 」

「good location nearby the Liverpool Street Station, just few mins walk, easy to reach the underground, shops and restaurants, nice room with good space. only problem is the opposite building is under re-construction, a little bit mess」

「I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherds Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. His sweet demeanor and attentiveness continued to make me feel welcomed throughout my stay. This is truly great hotel for solo female travellers — I would absolutely stay here...
