“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. “Our stay was good. Staff was great had a little incident with our room hotel staff moved us to another room with no view but made it up with complimentary continental breakfast at no cost. Hotel is in a great location but not a top notch hotel. But it was a good stay . A little expensive for what it is. ”

“Buen hotel, buena relación calidad precio, las habitaciones amplias, limpias, cómodas, el baño bien, llevábamos reservación y fue muy rápido el check in y el check out, está frente a plaza del sol y a 12 minutos de plaza la.perla caminando, junto hay una gasolinera y un Oxxo. Si nos volveríamos a quedar ahí. Tiene 2 albercas pero el restaurante no estaba en función, tienen agua de jamaica, te, café y agua natural de cortesía.”
