Excellent location and views of the city

We spent a week in hubby’s hometown of Guadalajara and wanted a location that was central to all the places we would visit. This property definitely fit that bill. We were within 15-20 minutes of all the highlights (Bosque de Los Colomos, Centro, TEC, downtown, etc) and enjoyed the convenient location of this condo. Soriana is a short walk away and full-service laundry is available in the Soriana strip mall. The condo has covered secure parking and has a security guard on site 24/7, we always felt safe coming and going and never had any issues in this well-trafficked street. Despite being on a major avenue, the condo was surprisingly quiet. We slept with windows open and can’t say enough about the incredible views. The rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight, we ended each day taking in the 360* views of the beautiful city. The host was great to work with, very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. As this is a new property and new listing, we did find the condo to lack several basic necessities (extra toilet paper, dish cloths, tissue, etc), but as soon as we mentioned this to the host he addressed our needs. Check in and check out is a breeze with the smart lock, we were never limited in coming or going as the building was accesible day and night. For this trip and our needs, this modern, clean property was exactly what we were looking for and we recommend it for couples, small groups, or traveling professionals who want to be centrally located in a safe area.
