“Lovely stay here and would recommend. But it would help if hotel put prices up by 10% to negate the stealth tip tax at the end which was added after signing off individual meal and drink bills. Would rather sort my own tips out. Picky but irritating.”

“We only stayed at Isla de Flores for one night but the staff at checkin were excellent, they were accommodating to find us some room service food even though the restaurant was closing shortly. The breakfast in the onsite restaurant was great and service was friendly. The suite was quiet and very comfortable. The location was right in the hub of the island so it was walkable to everything. Would highly recommend staying at Isla de Flores. ”

El personal del hotel Bambú cuenta con excelente servicio, la comida es deliciosa y el lugar cuenta con hermosos jardines, una piscina que la mantienen muy bien, y unas vistas espectaculares desde el área del restaurante al lago. Nuestro viaje fue de un grupo familiar y quedamos invitados a regresar.”

“The property and gardens are gorgeous! The only thing is there’s no AC in the rooms so it can get a little warm at night, other than that it’s great!”

“I had a great stay over 4 days in Antigua. The pool was perfect to cool down in the afternoon. I stayed from Monday to Friday so the noise from the bar some have mentioned wasn’t bad. The staff were friendly and attentive. I already miss my room and Antigua. ”
